Our model home has been moved to 21720 S. Oak Forest, Defiance (just off of Switzer Rd) where it is on a full basement and for sale.*

Once the model home and lot sell, we will be putting up a new model home in a different location in order to better serve our customers.

We are currently located downtown Defiance inside Sam Switzer Realty. (322 Clinton St.)
