Custom Builders evolved when Sam and Chris Switzer purchased the All
American Homes dealership in Defiance to expand our services to our
customers in and around northwest Ohio. Having 25 years of Real Estate
experience and the owners of Sam Switzer Realty, we saw the need for a quality
built home at an affordable price that our customers could move in to much
faster than a "site" built home.After many different building options, we became familiar with the quality
craftsmanship and construction of All American Homes. A wonderful
relationship developed and we became authorized builders/dealers soon
after. Since that time, we too, have been committed to the same quality
standards that are obvious in every All American
"systems-built" home.
We are able to offer all services to provide you with an All
American Home from the beginning of the decision making process
throughout your home ownership. The foundation of our business has
